Grace Manor Care Center has served the elderly of Burlington for more than three generations within a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The culture of accommodating individual choices has long been the way of life at this small licensed nursing facility. The younger generations providing care are often former students, family friends, neighbors, or even relatives of the residents. The professional qualifications of the staff members are equal to those in a large metropolitan area, but the home-town element enhances every interaction.

Socialization is a positive force in wellness for seniors, and meals enjoyed with family and friends in our gracious dining room contribute to the health and longetivity of our residents. Our dietary staff has been commended by State surveyors for their attention to details that please the tastes of the residents.

Rehabilitation is a specialty at Grace Manor; and dementia care is also available. Transportation is provided at no extra cost for treatment at the local kidney dialysis center or veterans’ clinic, as well as regular physician appointments.

Volunteers and local school and church groups are frequent visitors to the care center.
